ARQA maintains the highest curatorial and presentation standards in the region. To preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and market strength of the fair, all participants must comply with the following guidelines:
Eligibility
Exhibiting galleries must have a minimum of 3 years of operation, with a track record of professional activity, collector relationships, or institutional collaborations.
Unrepresented artists may not apply individually. Artists must be represented by a qualified gallery or cultural institution.
Applications must include 3 artwork images with accompanying descriptions that are consistent with the caliber and type of work intended for display during the fair.
Artworks & Valuation
At least 70% of all artworks displayed must be individually valued at $10,000 USD or higher.
The minimum value for any single work exhibited is $10,000 USD.
All artworks must be presented with museum-grade framing, lighting, and installation standards. Quality of display is essential and will be reviewed during booth inspection.
The Platinum Section is reserved for masterworks and blue-chip artworks with values exceeding $500,000 USD. Admission to this section is strictly by curatorial invitation.
Space & Payment Terms
The minimum exhibition space available is 30 sqm.
All applications must be accompanied by a 20% deposit of the total requested space cost to be considered. If not accepted, the deposit is refunded minus a $150 USD processing fee.
Exhibitors may also choose a floor-only rental at $500/m² (without the ARQA-designed booth). In this case, the gallery must commit to working with accredited suppliers and comply with local government regulations for all custom booth builds.
Support & Compliance
Transport, insurance, and customs clearance remain the responsibility of the exhibitor, although ARQA provides dedicated logistics support through vetted partners.
All participants are subject to final curatorial approval by the ARQA Artistic Committee.
