Installation is scheduled for October 27–28, 2026. Patrons Opening is on Wednesday, October 29. The VIP Preview takes place on Thursday, October 30. Public Days are Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1.

The minimum booth size is 30 square meters.

πŸ’² What is the most affordable booth option available?

You may reserve space starting at $500 USD per square meter (for floor-only packages), with a minimum size of 60 square meters. Standard full-service booths start at $700 USD/mΒ².

πŸ—οΈ What does the booth package include?

The standard booth includes: modular wall system, general lighting, 1 desk, 2 chairs, garbage bin, high-speed internet, and power access for the duration of the show.

πŸ‘₯ How many visitors are expected?

We anticipate approximately 15,000 qualified visitors including collectors, museum professionals, diplomats, and art patrons.

ARQA will be promoted through highly targeted international campaigns across social media, private collector databases, VIP mailing lists, fine art and luxury magazines, and exclusive cultural partnerships.

🌍 Where is Riyadh located and how do I get there?

Riyadh is the capital of Saudi Arabia, centrally located in the Middle East with direct flights from Europe, Asia, and major cities globally. The city is served by King Khalid International Airport (RUH), only 20 minutes from the venue.

🏨 How much does an average hotel cost per night during the show?

As of now, average hotel rates during late October in Riyadh range from $250–$450 USD per night for a 4-star or 5-star hotel depending on booking time and availability.

🌑️ What is the weather like in Riyadh during ARQA?

Late October and early November in Riyadh offer beautiful weather β€” typically dry with clear skies and daytime temperatures averaging 28Β°C (82Β°F).

🧾 Do I need a special permit to exhibit art?

Yes, and ARQA's logistics and legal team will help facilitate the proper clearances, customs declarations, and compliance requirements for art importation and temporary exhibition.

πŸ›‚ Do I need a visa to attend or exhibit at ARQA?

Most foreign nationals will require an electronic tourist visa (eVisa) to enter Saudi Arabia. Visa approvals typically take 2–5 working days. Our team will guide accepted exhibitors through the process.

πŸ“¦ Can I ship my artworks in advance?

Yes. We will coordinate a receiving facility and recommend specialized logistics agents who will handle customs, receive crates, deliver them to the booth, and return them post-show.

🚚 Can you help with logistics, installation, and furniture?

Absolutely. We offer additional furniture rentals, custom carpets, handling services, and can coordinate private security, translation, transportation, or concierge-level support.

πŸ•°οΈ What are the fair's opening hours?

The fair will be open to the public from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, following the typical schedule of major cultural events in Riyadh. Earlier hours are reserved for VIPs and private tours.

πŸ’³ What is the payment process for exhibitors?

Applications must be submitted with a 20% deposit of the booth cost. If not accepted, the deposit is refunded minus a $150 USD administrative fee.

🎨 I’m a solo artist. Can I participate?

No. ARQA is strictly a gallery- and institution-led show. Artists must be represented by an exhibiting gallery or institution to participate.

πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ¨ I run a young gallery, less than 3 years old. Can I apply?

Standard participation requires a minimum of 3 years of operation. However, if your curatorial strength and artistic portfolio are exceptional, you may apply for our Emerging Galleries Grant or request a curatorial exception by contacting: team@arqaartfair.com.
